Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 days of purchase. During holidays the processing time may take up to 14 days. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it's available.
We ship your items from various international warehouses in order to get them to you as fast as possible. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on their way.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. This email will also instruct you on how to track your order. Please note that after receiving this email it will take a few days for the tracking information to correctly display.
You can only cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, you will receive a refund for your purchase. If it has been shipped already, you have to return the package to us after receiving it. You will receive a refund once we have received your package.
*NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You have to return your product(s) at your own expense. Also, we cannot take responsibility for selecting the wrong frame option or the wrong size of a product.
